This speed is much faster than traditional manual operation modes such as screw grabbing, moving, and screwdriver alignment.
2. Adsorption type: It is the adsorption force of the screw through the compressed air of the electric screwdriver head. Remove the single screw, and then locate it on the product hole position.
The suction type is generally suitable for screws with a relatively small length and light weight. The screw length and cap diameter ratio does not meet the requirements of the air blow type. Such screws cannot achieve air blow type transmission. At the same time, the upper surface of the screw head and the vacuum nozzle of the electric batch The cavity forms a certain air-tightness effect, so as to ensure that the screw will not fall during re-operation.
Due to the adsorption conveying method, there is a time to take the material back and forth, and the efficiency is relatively full compared to the air blowing type. The actual efficiency of the fractional material extraction is related to the walking distance and running speed, generally 1.5-4S / Pcs.
